Meet your Mediator:

Jerome A. Bailey

Jerome A. Bailey is a certified mediator/neutral with The Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and has over 35 years resolving conflicts and negotiating settlements with disputing parties. He specializes in Civil, Domestic, Domestic Violence, Property, Homeowners and Employment Law mediation.

Jerome understands that mediation gives both disputing parties the most control over the outcome of their litigation. Mediation is much less formal than taking a case to court and is the most economical and practical form of conflict resolution.

Jerome received his mediation Certification in 2007 and attended Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University in Malibu California. His Civil and Domestic Certification was obtained at Henning Mediation and Arbitration in Atlanta and his Domestic Violence Certification was completed at Kennesaw State University.

Jerome has over 10,000 hours of mediation experience and according to author Malcolm Gladwell, this makes him an expert in the field of mediation.

Jerome has published his first book, The 5 Pā€™s of Mediation, and is also offering an on-line Continuing Education Course for Mediators.
